Pohu Oysters are one of the easiest oyster mushrooms to grow with it’s wide temperature range you can’t stop these mushroom from growing! They have a classic umbrella shape and nice mild flavor and texture that goes well in most any dish.
Pohu oyster mushrooms grow best in humid conditions with ample fresh air exchange (FAE) to keep the carbon dioxide levels low (~700ppm). If mushrooms have long stems with small caps, they need more fresh air from outdoors where ambient CO2 levels are ~400ppm.
